    humdidity question

just a quick one i just built a malamine rack and have recently put my sankes into the rack and the humdity has remained around 80-85% and i know that balls dont really stay in only 60-70% in the wild but is that too high i know that too much humdity is as bad as too lil oh im useing aspen with a uth on a dimmer untill i get a helix i did see one of my balls move his water bowl on top of it and the box had condinsation on it so i turn the heat pad down it was at 88 degrees at the time so i really dont think that was the problem but any way shold i lower the humdity and how or leave it alone
ps only had tanks before the rack so humdity was a thing to look for not take away

80-85% is definitely too high. When they're not in shed it should be between 50-60%, during shed cycle should be around 70%. Too much condensation on the tub can mean the substrate is also damp, which can lead to scale rot after a while. Since you're using tubs in a rack you should be able to melt more holes on the sides of the tubs using a soldering iron. This will lower the humidity, if it gets too low you can always cover up the holes.
