I've seen a few advertised like that.. Obviously they're imported from Ghana, most likely hatched in captivity, and probably just look "nicer" than your average CB normal Ball Python. That's my understanding.

Nothing. Ghanas are usually random snakes that people use for dinkers in hopes that they could stumble onto something genetic. They are usually bought in whole sale so there is all sorts of different looking snakes. I'm not sure if they are all wild caught or just imported.

That would be Ben Siegal's auctions you are talking about He imports "bags of Ball Pythons" that I believe are CH clutches produced by WC BPs in Ghana. After they hatch in captivity in Ghana they are sent as whole sale purchases. I haven't looked much into it, so I could be wrong about how they do it in Ghana. He typically auctions them off in groups, most likely because there's nothing special about them so he has no need for them. Lol. Great auctions though, I love watching them!

EDIT: Yes, you should just stick to morphs. Imported "fancy" or "dinker" BPs are a gamble with a very low percentage of actually hitting anything genetic.
