I get the big bags of Harlan Lab Grade at the feed store for about $10. Looks just like the stuff in those small bags at pet store. Some claim it's dusty but I have had no issues with it.

With dusty aspen I usually pour it out into a seperate deep tub first and stir it for a good 20minutes outside with a fan blowing across the top of it to get rid of some of it, then shake it up a little and transfer the bedding by hand to try to leave as much of the dust in the other tub as possible. Not sure how much that does improve the situation but at least I feel I've tried and can see the dust being left out. Just my .02.
