    Monitor caging question

Next wensday were getting a nice par.ir of blue tree monitors. We would like to know what material to build there cage out of, and were wondering if possible if we could waterproof OSB plywood and if the monitors would deal with that well.

I would use Melamine, you dont have to treat it or anything its just ready to go. Its used for counters and stuff like that so its nicely waterproof'd if caulked correctly

You may also want to buy 3 - 4 lightsm, some for backups and some to be running in the tank during the day

Also a mister or a large spray bottle to wet down the enclosure would be good.

I have a Savannah monitor so the conditions ect are all going to be WAY different... but off the top of my head for blue tree monitors thats what I would get first I think
