    need some help

i have my female ball python who has been sucessfully bred before in the past, however i cant tell of the is gravid this season. she looks really thick in the middle, and skinny near the tail. by really thick in the middle, i mean i can just bearly fit my hand around her on the thickest point. she is rather restless recently, moving all over the place and she is still eating. she is always in the hottest part of the tank under the black box that she has laid eggs in before. she hasnt shed in a month or so, so im thinking that maybe the next one will be the pre lay? Try up loading the picture to the galleries here or hosting it on photobucket then you can use the IMG tag and people can see it.

Doesn't look gravid to me, but that doesn't mean she isn't building follicles. Would need a full body shot, but if she is still eating she probably isn't that far along.

Wait, what do you mean by putting them back into hibernation? Balls don't hibernate. Just separate them for a bit and reintroduce when you've got a strong storm front passing through. The drop in barometric pressure sometimes triggers a good breeding response from them.
