Another ? - Does cutting hurry them up at all?
Does cutting the egg hurry them coming out of the egg at all? Or is it completely just to see what's in there?

Hi,
Completely just to see what's in there or to possibly help one hatch if , for some reason, it can't pip on its own.
Mostly it is just to see what you got.

I prefer not to cut unless I feel like there's a real need to check in on a late bloomer. I'll be honest - a lot of the cutting videos out there make my stomach churn with worry. All the nicked blood vessels making a red mess, poking at hatchlings and/or actually pulling them partway out of the egg. Ugh. I just can't watch that.
Cutting doesn't hurry the babies along any faster.
