Well not on purpose, lol.
This one is a female and she's spoken for as soon as she's weaned

Re: Who needs a tail
I just started breeding myself, picked up 3 trio's about a month ago. I've had one female go, and she gave me 11 pinks and ate one. I ended up feeding off all the pups before they were weaned.
My question is, how long does it take for them to Wean out on average? Just curious since I wasn't able to quite make it there my first batch Thanks!

I double checked, he's certain he wants her since he also has the male that made my adult female that just made the manx.
If for some reason he changes his mind then she will become available...

I wean some at 3 1/2 weeks and others go 4 full weeks, it partly depends on how many are in the litter and how well mom can feed them.

She's doing well and growing fast, looks a lot like her mom except with the tail missing,
Anyone ever breed manx females without issues?

Thanks, thanks a lot Jerry! The more I see your posts, the closer I am to building my own rat rack. Awesome stuff. I enjoy reading your rat threads. I've kept them as pets in the past and they are awesome creatures.
Regards,
B
