You may want to put this under general bp or bp breeding because well it is bp.net youll get more answers and I cant answer your question on brother and sister but breeders will holdback females of a clutch and breed them to their father so I would say its ok I just wouldnt breed spider bp to each other it just makes the wobble worse.

There are a lot of threads about this subject on the forum, I'd recommend the search feature.

There are also a lot of threads on the spider wobble. Spiders, being dominant, are one of the most out bred morphs in ball pythons. The wobble isn't dependent on the parent at all; good low-wobblers can produce corkscrewing animals, and vicse versa.

OP hope some of that helps

yes many breeders keep holdback females to later pair with the father, but i saw a video of kevin from nerd saying that the spider X spider is not lethal and does not increase the wobble

Line breeding is something that happens when a breeder is trying to figure what's going on with a dinker snake. I have a couple hold backs at the moment that will be paired with a sibling or parent. That's about as far as I go with line breeding. There's so many different breeders out there that if you are selective about the look of the animal you can find animals that may have similar attributes but are very unlikely to be related. Unless you are buying from the same source. After the first pairing of the related animal I can see whether I'm going somewhere with the line or things just didn't Pan out.
