is he ok
hi guys my buddy crawled into his water dish and was in there for like a day and a half and it seemed like he didnt move to the point i thought he was dead even when i picked it up he didnt move so i opened it up and took him out he is still alive but isnt moving much i know people say that they sit in them sometimes for a long time so is he alright?

I would be a little worried if he isn't moving much. I know I've checked on my girl that likes to soak and I thought she was dead a couple times, but my temps are high enough I don't worry about her when she does that. Make sure your temps are high enough since he isn't moving much.
There are a few reasons BPs will soak. Mites, high temps, or they just like to do it. Check your snake and the water for black dots, then check temps, if they are too high that's the problem, or if everything is fine it might just be a 'water bp'. If he just likes to be in the water for no apparent reason, make sure your temps are high enough that he won't get sick, if your temps are a bit low, move the water dish to the hot side.
