    What are the chances...

What are the chances of being able to find an adult/subadult female yellowbelly or pastel at a reptile show, or anywhere for that matter?
I want to breed my male yellowbelly this next season and I'm going to buy the female pastel yellowbelly posted on BHBenterprises.com
My plan is to (hopefully) find an adult female yellowbelly or pastel (or both would be awesome ) and breed it to the yellowbelly male that I have. If i'm able to produce a male P.Y.B. then i would hold him so that i can breed him to the female P.Y.B. a little later in the future.
I might even try to get a cinny male so that just in case I can score TWO adult female pastels I can also produce some pewters.
Well yeah, main Q what are the chances of finding something like that?

after females lay eggs is the best chance to pick something like that up, I would start looking now. At a reptile show I don't see a whole lot of adults, some sub adults, but most are babies, but you should look anyways, because you never know for sure. Online you should start seeing more and more adults for sale as they lay eggs, baby hatch, people feel they don't need them anymore for their plans

Just sold 5 adult female balls at a show. LOL One was a yellow belly. They are out there just luck of the draw is all. You never know what you'll find at a show.

I'd contact some of the bigger breeders about sub adult and adult animals.

I've seen some bring bigger animals to shows but not on display you'd have to ask them to bring them out from under the tables.

Yeah I have noticed that there are more female and adult breeders online, I just haven't seen any of the one's that I'm looking for just yet. I'll keep on looking.
    Thanks.

How much was the yellowbelly sold for? I want an idea so I can round up more money if needed.

Something you may not have thought about is cost... Proven breeder females are not cheap, especially when you get into morphs
