First BP - Seeking Enclosure Feedback

I'm waiting for my thermostat to get here so I thought I'd post up a pic of what I have so far for some feedback.

I have not picked up my BP yet, planning to do so this weekend assuming my thermostat gets here in time. I'm getting him from a local breeder.

    Setup:
    20G L critter cage w/ locking top
    cypress mulch
    black contact paper for sides/back
    identical hides
    ceramic water bowl
Flexwatt under both warm and cold side
plexiglass covers majority of screen top
acurite digital thermometers under substrate over UTHs
thermostat on order - herpstat 2 - probes will go directly on UTH
digital hygrometer - not in tank because I'm calibrating it

I wish I had left the plexiglass a bit longer on top and trimmed it back as needed, hopefully my temps/humidity will be OK as is.

Beyond any feedback on the enclosure, can anyone tell me if there is a general consensus on how big a BP needs to get to require something bigger than a 20G L?

*Yes, I know tubs are easier to maintain but I had my reasons for going with a glass enclosure - thanks

    Looks good.

If the cypress was dry when you put it in add a lil water to it, not alot about 1/2 cup. you might have to do that periodically as it drys up.

Thanks - it is a little moist but I was planning to mist it once I got the hygrometer and thermostats in place to see how the humidity holds.

Looks awesome! good work and research!

If your getting a hatchling might need some more cover and smaller hides.
