Newspaper ink transfer On my snake

When I took our pied male out tonight I noticed that he had what appears to be ink transfer from his news paper substrate on his white areas. I'm sure it will come off when he sheds. In the mean time anyone know where can I find the inkless paper that I see some breeders using in their tubs?

Re: Newspaper ink transfer On my snake

I get mine from the local reptile shop I use. They use it for grooming and puppy cages, etc. You might could check with any place that does dog grooming and see if they sell it. Sorry not more informative but I'm not sure what else they use it for. I'm at their shop every week so I'll ask if you haven't found anything when I go back.

If it's non-toxic, you could see if you use it like silly putty.
