Ultrasound Machine

Any body here know any thing about ultrasound machines. I just purchased a Biosound Genesis 3000 Ultrasound used really cheap but I haven't received it yet I'm not sure if all the parts are there or how to use it. Any help would be appreciated.

You can buy small ultrasounds new on Ebay for under $1,000 now. If I have a decent year this year I plan on buying one.
