Any update on Ohio executive order?

Has there been any update on the status of the executive order former governor Strickland pushed through on his way out of office? I haven't heard anything in a while and the order was only good for 90 days...Correct?

I'm not sure of any new updates; there were a few herp lists of what was on the bill last month.

I haven't heard anything new but a buddy of mine had to get permits for his retics & burms.
