If you're buying from someone in the US, shipping internationally is very expensive. BPs are CITES animals so they need special paperwork and stuff. Usually breeders have a minimium purchase to make export even worth the time and the money. I usually see 1,500.00 USD minimum purchase to even qualify for export.
I would ask some of the bigger breeders, Brian at BHB or Kevin at NERD do a lot of international orders I would imagine.

Yep the big breeders do international shipping, but you are probably better off buying from whoever you can in your area. Shipping alone is going to be about $1,000. I can't remember if that is just paperwork, or if it includes actually shipping the animal, some of the bigger breeders have it all spelled out on their TOS page. I just remember seeing that price somewhere-I'm trying to find it....
Ah, here we go:
Shipping fees can cost upwards of $1,00.00, which includes the CITES application and permit, veterinarian health checkup and health certificates, US government agency wildlife inspections, etc. CITES permits can take upwards of sixty (60) days or longer to be processed and approved depending on how far behind they are with other applications.

Paperwork and Shipping alone will cost you around $500 to $1000 and there will be a minimum order which vary depending on the breeder but it is generally around $5000
