Sorry, but I forgot to post information on the Havre de Grace show, but it was today. A good bit of animals, a good bit of supplies too. But as I walked around, some guy was selling yard sale style stuff. I look over and there's a Helix. I pick it up, ask how much and he said $30. Well, I've seen these types before, basically a box of broken electronics. I ask the guy if I can test it. I plug it in set it to 70 degrees. Grip it in my hand and the temp goes up. I let go and the temps go back down. Good enough for me.

I happily hand him $30 and walk away. I had to stop and get a piece of heat shrink to repair the probe. I made the repair, plugged it in and set it up on one of my racks. It works like a charm.
