Just thought maybe i got real lucky when i picked her up from craigslist i paid a 100.00 for her and thought maybe they were markers..she is 1300 grams pastel and almost ready to breed..

No, it looks like those are near the middle of the body, you see it near the end of the tail. But you have to remember that pied markers aren't always acurite, normals can have the 'marker' and some het pieds won't have the marker.
I put up a thread of my three het pieds with their belly shots. You can see that the markers aren't very noticeable, and the average person would probably pass them off as normals. Could those be het pied markers: hmm.. no. Het pied markers, as Steph stated are often found on the later part of the snake, close to the vent region going to the tail.
Could that snake be het pied: hmm.. possibly if you purchase it as a het from a reputable breeder.
Bottom line, not all het pieds show the markers. Normals that arent het for anything often shows the markers.
But I would love to see a full body picture of that snake. Lucky you to have purchased such big female pastel on that price. Good luck on your breeding project w/ her.
