Shipping stress cause a snake not to shed?

I think it would but i just figured id ask.

Anyways when i got my new pastel female from Garrick it said in shed.. and she was in blue.. this was last wed morning. Today is Monday. 5 days.. She went out of blue Thursday. So she should have shed by now, but the real reason i'm asking is because she looks quite a bit brighter than when she came in Tuesday. The yellow in her is sticking out much more.

So thats why it seems as if she just decided to stop her shedding process.

    Any thoughts?

Are you sure she isn't in the phase right before they shed, after the blue phase, when they look normal? Sometimes I think mine have shed, but notice there isn't a shed in the tub.

Well.. She was blue when she came in. Thur... Her eyes went back to normal.. She still looked a little dark.

Well today is the first time i have looked at her since thur. Iv been trying to avoid pulling the tub out haha. Well i changed her water today and i just noticed her yellows were a lot brighter so thats why i was wondering. As i said it was thur afternoon i noticed her eyes back to normal.

I'm betting she will shed in the next day or two.

    You were right

Well... Her head is starting to shed.. The piece on her head came off.. This looks like its going to be a VERY rough shed

If she has a bad shed, you can do the plastic tub of water and a towel. That's the only thing I've tried other than just bumping the humidity up in the tubs. Make sure the water is about 85 degrees, only about an inch deep, and put a hand towel in there. After a 10 minute soak you can run the towel down the snake's body and it should come off like a normal shed.
