    Hairless or Not

This male seems to be a hairless. His hair seems to be getting thinner day by day when i look in.

Its from the rex x rex litter and looks cool.

Here he is as a pup.

I posted this on a rat forum and wow they attacked me like no other, it was ridiculous. How they attacked me about my username, why i have so many rats and such.

I figured this guy is a double rex. Shows the signs of the fuzz hairless. Wish he was female

Well if you used the same username as you have on here of course you'll get attacked on a rat forum, they're all(mostly) a bunch of snake haters, they're all afraid we're gonna steal their rats and feed them to our snakes. lol. But yeah that rat is interesting looking. I like the curly whiskers he's got. lol.

The curly whiskers is Rex, and he has the curly body hair just very thin. Read about mock hairless which is double rex. I guess i can hold him back or something and see.

    He's double rex for sure.
If you breed him back to his mother (you said she was rex) then you will get more double rexes.

Definitely a double rex. They are also sometimes known as 'patchwork'. The really curly whiskers is what gives him a way. I was hoping to have a double rex rat, but he just kept shedding his hair and is totally bald now. His whiskers were sort of curly, but no where near as curly as a rex. I love rexs and hope to find one some day again!

And I had to laugh when you said you joined a rat forum and kept the same screen name! Talk about jumping into the hell fires!
