When do I start to worry?
Hey guys,
was just checking over my record logs for my juvenile BP Shrike and I realized that he hasn't pooped in 6 feeds (almost a full month). I know that its not too strange for a BP to go a while without pooping and I know he isn't backed up because I've seen urinates... but how much longer until I start to be concerned?
Cheers,
Fatal

I feel very sorry for you because when he poops, hes gonna POOP! Better get your forklift ready haha!
In all seriousness, hes fine. BP's can easily go a month without pooping. If it hits 1.5-2 months, or you see a bulge in his body thats hard, etc THEN worry. Now, just prepare for the bomb thats coming!

A month is not a whole lot of time. I've had some go 1.5-2 months with no issues, mind you, those are adult females not really growing anymore so much as weight building.
Only time you should worry is if you see a bulge for a length of time (more than a week) and it's hard to the touch. Otherwise, just be ready for a big poop.
