I saw this at the Richmond Reptile Expo and was asking around to see if anyone had any opinions on it and no one I talked to who had seen it was impressed. They said its just the basics and what you learn is not beyond anything you could get from this site, youtube or a similarly priced book. But then again I haven't watched it myself so I won't talk down about it too much.

But if you are looking for a good book on everything Ball Python I would recommend VPI's book. It is beyond anything I've ever read in regards to detail. I'm talking extremely detailed showing the history of BP's, analysis about their eye sight and the structure of their eyes, details on each level of skins and types of pigment. Dissections of deceased BP's to show internal organs. An extensive morph sections. Pretty much a BP encyclopedia. http://www.vpi.com/pythons_of_the_world_vol_2_0

I have that. Its full of information. The only problem is that it is old, therefore there aren't many morphs included in the DVD.

Re: Is this worth the investment??????

Just bought this DVD last October and it is good. Its nice cause its a visual to everything you read about on this site. It is a little old now and they could of explained some things a little better, but all in all, I say its worth it. I has happy with it. I have watched it several times. I posted a post just like this one before I bought mine, and I got a lot of positive feedback on it.

    hope this helps,

    Dave
