I think he is getting better!

So I picked up our new JCP week and a half ago, really nippy! Over the past few days Iv been handling him and is biting less and less each time. Last nite was funny cuz he was wrapped around my hand like a gun, with his head kinda like the barrel. My wife walked in and he started snapping at her, was kinda like I had a snake biting gun in my hands!! Was the funniest thing ever! After that he started nipping at me abit but not too bad. Tonite will be his 3rd feeding so won't be handling him for a few days. Also eats like a champ too!

Keep at it! Glad to hear you don't have problems getting bit, it can go a long way in getting a snake to calm down.
