    F10

Just curious about any ones personal experiance with this product.

I have been doing some research on F10 and have been seeing that it has been, and is being used by some vets in nebulizer form to treat RI's. I have also seen it being recommended by vets to treat pet food items. It is used on pet housing, items and or directly on pets.
What are everyone else’s thoughts on this? I am seriously thinking of switching to this product. The suggested mixture is 1:250ml or even 1:500 and a 200ml bottle is about $36 including tax and shipping or $60 for 2 200ml bottles.

It has also been used in studies in treating Avian Gastric Yeast (Megabacteria) in budgerigars (Parakeets). It was administered in their drinking water at a mix of 1ml in 1 litre of water. It has been shown to be fairly effective in controlling AGY.
To me this is pretty interesting as birds are very sensitive, much more so than reptiles

I have also read about using it to treat RI in Ball Pythons by way of nebulizer.

    Thanks for any input.

i was looking into getting some but all i could fine were sites overseas or in canada and none could hsip to the u.s but BHB and another site is pairing up and should be seeling it soon. i read somewhere that F10 can effect the lung tissue and cause swelling but i dont know if thast true or not. i mean if BHB uses it on his big expensive breeders then its prolly ok. ya ill be picking up some of it soon and will be using that. right now im just using disinfecting soap and warm water to scrub down tubs
A room full of empty racks and thermostats that have been unplugged.

I switched to this product and love it so far. I use it for disinfecting everything. I put about 1:350 solution mix in a spray bottle and use it like any other disinfectant. It doesn't really smell so I have no problem putting my snakes back in their tubs after cleaning. As far as I know it's a pretty safe and effective product.. Also, if I ever need to, I will use it for nebulization.

I purchased a 100mL bottle and it was only about $23 shipped... What was even better - I got a 200mL bottle instead.
