    Crazy, Stupid Weather....

Okay today is just about the craziest weather around. Forecast was a wintery mix this morning, turning to rain today and snow again tonight. Total accumulation 2-4 inches.

Actually we got, 3 inches of snow by 8am today. Rain started around 9am, we've probably gotten over a half an inch of rain. This evening they are now forecasting up to 10 inches of snow overnight.

To top it all off, my son calls me up and says it's 76 degrees and not a cloud in the sky in Daytona Beach. Some times, you just hate a your children.

You beat me to it..This weather is driving me nuts,we got hit with some snow this morning and the forcast calls for heavy snow later 2night..I'm so ready for spring..as for now it's lots of card/board games and even a video game or two with my 3 boys..I think i'll get my putter out later and putt some golf balls around the living room..My boys might be going to school in july if this weather keeps up ,I hear they might take away their Feb vacation that would stink..

We can have days like that, but our occur in April.

It does suck to say the least. Bundle up to go to work, only to perform a strip by 1pm down to a t-shirt.

I've got one of them too. I've got my house and my son's rented house in Ormond Beach Florida, just north of Daytona Beach. I think he said it was 72 or 76 today without a cloud in the sky.

My son has been down there attending Embry Riddle for the last 2 and a half years and we've only been down there twice. I guess I should enjoy my second home, but we don't seem to make it down there much.

And he's got a ton of stuff hanging around his house. There's even a bear in the area. It's visited the house a couple of times. I've got pictures of muddy bear paw prints on the back sliding glass door.

ps You can have the snow. The older I get, the less I like it. It's not so much the snow, it's the way people act and drive once the snow starts to fall.

Minnesota: Dear east coast, please learn to deal with snow

East Coast: NO I DON'T WANNA!!

I can sympathize, I get seriously tired of snow by this time of year.. ufda. I wish that I didn't have to deal with winter, but I love the summers up here too much to move anywhere else.

I'm just glad we don't get 10+ feet of snow like I did the first year winter i lived in Anchorage. That was ridiculous.
