So I just my first Beardie this past weekend at the White Plains Reptile expo. Once I held her in my hand I knew she was coming home with us no matter how much I told myself beforehand that this was just a viewing trip. Anyway over the past couple of days I've been building up her habitat and feeding her dusted crickets pretty much everyday. I bought the package of crickets from a big box pet store and dumped about 10 in a cup. After dropping them in her cage though I noticed one was gigantic and before I could even grab it out she devoured it. She sat for a few seconds and kinda shook her body...looked like she was trying to get it down then went back to her basking spot leaving the rest of the crickets alone. Is there anything I should be looking out for now or will she be fine?
