    Grizzly mom and cub

    haven't posted here much in recent times, things have been crazy. i photographed 50 weddings in 2010...traveled a ton too. 2011 is going to be bigger and better.

    anyhow here are some photos from my alaska trip:

    When were you there, where were these two? Poor momma looks skinny, but her cub looks like it's growing fast!

    Gotta love an alaskan brown bear. I try to get up there twice a year, and it's scenes like the ones above that really draw me to the wilderness there

    i was on an inlet of katmai national park (kodiak, ak). if you saw the movie, the grizzly man, most of it was shot in the same general area...although these photos are from a different part.

    i did go to the area known as the grizzly maze though.

    amazing trip.

    Those are so perfect it almost looks unreal!!! Love it! How amazing to take a trip like that. We so want to take a trip to Alaska...only problem is I want to stay like a month as there is Sooooooooooooooo much to see. Yea try talking the hubby into that one....
