    Glass Terrariums or Wood Vivarium

I will soon be upgrading the housing for my juvenile Mexican Black King who currently lives in a plastic Faunarium.

I was hoping to seek your opinion between a Glass Terrariums or Wood Vivarium.

Please suggest which I should consider and why.

    Thank you.

Hmmmm, If it's between those two I would go with glass for the 2 reasons.

    A) Much easier to heat than wood and more consistent overall.

    B) Ever tried cleaning pee and poop off wood? Not fun. The wood would eventually have to be replaced while the glass can be bleached and disinfected.

It depends on the material used. The wood I used to build cages has a 2 part baked on epoxy finish, I use the same material for the cabinets we build and it holds up extreamly better than any paint or clearcoat you can buy at any lumber yard. Wood takes longer to heat but holds the heat way better than glass can.
