    Qts is my math off?

Hey guys, so I have a few of the Sterilite #1894 tubs, seen here: http://www.sterilite.com/SelectProdu...=248&section=7

Now using the dimensions to get the volume then converting to quarts seems to yield 16qts but they seem considerably smaller than the Sterilite #1924 15 Qt. tubs that I am using.. What am I doing wrong here?

I would need the dimensions of both tubs.

Those dimensions don't account for the sloping sides. To get an accurate volume you would have to take measurements of both the rim and the base.

I didn't do the math or anything, but having seen both tubs in question in person, the one with the green lid is MUCH smaller than the other one.
