The Bean Farm !!!

Im not sure if i should post this in this section so please move if needed..
Ive been making my orders from the bean farm for a couple orders.. this week i ordered a some supplies and a herpstat nd from them..
They sent me a email saying that they where out of the regular nd ..
SO they sent me the blue lcd instead. at no extra charge ..
also have been very helpfull when calling for questions..


I just want to post about how good their customer service has been to me. their prices arnt too bad either.to me it really says alot when .. A vendor treats their customers with respect.. something you dont see alot these days

i dont work for the bean farm .. just plugging their fantastic cutomer service..

I can also vouch for their fine service, on my last order I ordered a bunch of heating stuff(flexwatt, clips, etc) and a herpstat 1, all the heating stuff was shipped on time but it would have been another week on the herpstat because they were out of stock...however they did me a favor and shipped the herpstat priority mail so it only arrived a day later than the heating stuff. I was pleased!

Funny, I was just thinking about them today. I got a lot of my stuff from Bean Farm years ago. When I was getting started, they were extremely generous with their advice, and I can say now that they did not steer me wrong. They have a great selection and the owners are good people.
