    Red belly ?

So, i have recently gotten a back heat sake rack, and the temps ar 89-90 hot spot and the cool side is at 81 to 82.
it is more humid then her last enclosure but thats a good thing humidity is at 55-65
    yes it is controlled heat.
i recently went a size up in meal wise from baby rats to small rats .

so i was cleaning my snakes enclosure, her colour looks darker then usual, and her belly has a pinkish tint to it.

so what my question is do ball pythons get a pinkish/red belly as a pre shed colour?

or should i be worried its scale rot ....

Nothing to worry about at all. Your snake is going into shed.

My spider male and my burm get pink just before going into shed. If he dont go into shed I would keep a closer eye on it.
