Hi! I'm Della from VA. I've been snooping around the BP forum for a few weeks now. I'm a new snake owner. I'm not gonna lie for most of my life I've been terrified of snakes (I'm a ways past 40 lol). Last month my fiance and I went to Myrtle Beach and got married. We ventured out to the Alligator Adventure. This is were I came in contact with my first BP. My husband isn't scared of snakes so he's like I want a picture with the BP. I couldn't let him get one up on me so I ask the lady to give him to me I also wanted a photo. Well the hubby takes for ever to snap a picture so I got to hold the BP for a fairly long time. Well needless to say I fell in love and thought that BP was the coolest thing ever. As soon as I got back home I went out to our local pet store and purchased my baby. Not sure how old Rocko is they told me he was probably 2 1/2 months.
I am so glad I found this forum. I have already learned a lot. You guys have some beautiful snakes by the way. This is turning into a book lol!
