    My new pastel

    hey everybody, I just picked up this pastel today. What do you guys think?

    Yeah, he's older already 974g. The shop said he's not as bright right now because they were cooling him for breeding season

    I hate to break it to you, but the shop is They don't lose their color from cooling. They lose their color from getting older. All bps dull/darken with age, it's totally normal. He still looks good to me! Some pastels will brown out so bad you can hardly pick them out from normals. He's a big boy!

    Thats fine I'm not too worried about him current color, he looks like he will produce some nice looking off spring.

    You can still see the yellow in him. He is very pretty. Good present for yourself ahah
