    Fan size for incubator?

I'm converting a Pepsi fridge into an incubator and the computer fans that I have are small, about 1.5 inches. I put two in there on opposite sides of each other. One pointing down and one pointing up. It is moving the air around, just wondering if this will be enough or do I need to go with bigger fans?
    Here are a few pictures.

    Incubator with light switch.

    Light wired.

    The fans and power supply.

Fan mounted at the top blowing down.

Fan at the bottom blowing up.

    Thanks for looking,

    Dave

just need to move the air, doesn't have to be alot by any means, your just trying to keep constant temps, chances are they are fine, if your temps close from top to bottom, id say within a degree, your fine.

    Re: Fan size for incubator?

Wow, NICE incubator!! I think the fans would be a fine size as long as the air is moving, it doesnt need to be a windstorm in there.. The only thing I would recommend is sealing up that hole that your wires are going through with some silicone gel or expanding foam. Other than that its a BEAUT!! I really like that there are windows on the front AND side! Great work!

Oh yeah, I plan on it. I'm not done with it yet. Still have to get a thermostat and and secure the fan wires and put some water bottles in the bottom.
