Talking What's the best way to keep your hogs fresh?

Keep them in the refrigerator of course.

I put all my hogs down for the winter a couple days ago. I first planned to build a complicated room with an A/C in it but then found this very used but still working refrigerator and decided to use it.

It can be a little scary putting thousands of dollars in a refrigerator. It's working out great.
