    Fedex Test Package Question

    I'm trying to get certified to ship snakes via Fedex and I'm shipping out the test package this week. I have 2 questions. First, is this test package application still valid http://www.fedex.com/us/services/pdf...pplication.pdf and should I tape it to the test package itself or to the "Over Box"
