I use a Nature's Spirit incubator. It holds 12 6 quart tubs which is plenty big enough for me right now. I've been test running it for about a week now, I have all the tubs set up for substrate less method, just no eggs in them yet. I have it hooked up to a helix thermostat and all of the temperatures and humidity is perfect. When all my eggs hatch and breeding season is over I'll check back and let you know how it went. This will be my first year using it, so I have no prior experiences with it, but it was highly recommended so I got one.
I hope that I at least helped some.
