    Smile Just starting Out

Hey guys. I'm just starting to breed ball pythons. I currently have a Male Mojave and a Female Normal. What do you think my next morph should be and why? I have a price range of a maximum for about $200ish. Suggestions please!

You can get just about any base morph in that price range, but its kind of hard in a sense to suggest what someone else should buy, really it all depends on what appeals to you and if your wanting a pet or you have intentions for future breeding projects.

Two people can start with the same two bps but as the collection grows they will differ according to taste, me personally I would go the lesser female or spider female route

I would start raising some codom or dominant females if u really want something visual for the meantime. if u can deal with normal looking animals its not a bad idea to jump into hets for those nice recessives that hold more value. a pair of 100% het clown would be cool. just make sure u do research on the breeder/seller and that they have paperwork guaranteeing the genetics. good luck and come by the pet store I have the pastel I produced this yea for sale there now so u can come check her out.

    Re: Just starting Out

IT DEPENDS ON YOUR TASTE BUT IT'S SOME MORPHS THAT DOES GREAT THINGS FOR BREEDING

SO HERE I GO WITH SUGGESTIONS

    Fire (M)
    Enchi(M)
    Pastel(M,F)
    Spider (M)

all of these i mentioned are $200 or less. You can get a pair of pastels from Garrick for $200

Check out his website. He will answer emails in a timely fashion and is very helpful. I haven't bought any snakes from him yet but that's where i'm getting my new snakes from. Hopefully I helped you.

    0.1 Pastel (LemonDrop)
    1.0 Mojave (Mojo)
    1.1 Normals (Otis, Queen)
    1.0 Pinstripe (Pins)

    Question Re: Just starting Out

But if you can get a female and male pastel for cheaper than buying a female. Why not?
