    Tub good for RTB?

This is a 31Qt Rubbermaid roughneck tub that I was going to use for an adult Spider bp but I'm deciding to get a RTB since I already have Ball Python.

i dont see any reason why not. just as long as it is secure and husbandry is correct. it will house one just fine. it will eventually outgrow that tub though. i keep my young boa in a 41qt sterilite until she is to large then i will be switching her to an extra vision cage i have.

sorry kind of didnt read the whole question. probably 1-2 years i would say, just depends on how much you feed and growth rate.

Yeah, I agree. Probably closer to a year though...depends on the gender as well. A female might need a new tub sooner.

    Re: Tub good for RTB?

I have my two baby RTB in 2 28qt. They are just above 1 year old both. They are doing great for now, and looks like they have a while before they outgrow the tubs. I'm guessing another year.
