Ok... I keep getting told he is something different... What kind of BP is he???

    Hey Everyone !

My names Nikkie and I had adopted/rescued a 09' male BP who was really under size and weight. At a sad 151 grams.. I couldn't just leave him so I took him home. The kid who had him got him b/c he thought a snake was a good pet and was only feeding him 1 small f/t mouse every 2 weeks.. Slowly we are working on his weight and size so no worries !
(thanks to all who helped with ideas on getting him back on a good feeding pattern)

    my question is...

what kind of BP is he??
I was told by one person he was a Pastel and another told me he is a Super Pastel, I have heard Fire Ball as well...

Can anyone tell me what type he is??
The pic is dark around the head but he does have the fade that's for sure...

Definitely a pastel! Though the picture is kind of dark.
Take some brighter pictures He will look great with some weight on him, he has some nice blushing.

Just going on that one picture, he looks like a pastel to me. Closer pics in better light...with a picture of his eye and his belly...would allow certain confirmation. But so far, I think "pastel" is on the right track. Definitely not a fire or a super pastel.

Pastel. Eating once every two weeks is not bad for a ball python. I have one that eats like every three weeks. I have one that would eat every day if I would let her. He looks very good for a "rescue".
