    Anyone tried metal

So i built a melamine rack and it has been great, but it was the first i had ever built and the openings were a tad bit too small and now some of the tubs are having great difficulty sliding in and out. (Also my collection has grown past the current capacity of my rack) So what i was wondering was if anyone has built a rack out of metal? If so what were your costs? What issues did you run in to? And what did you use to paint the metal with (idealy i would want to powder coat it but price would be a little to high)? Oh also would you be able to show me some pictures?
    Thanks

If the tubs become hard to slide out use a sander and sand the top of the tubs edges till they smooth down.

I have one that was like that and few mins of sanding it slides in effortlessly.
