    Re: balls and carpets?

i dont see why it couldent be done, carpets are pretty resiliant snakes, youd have to keep it between like 86-90 tho, any hotter and i think your starting to get into problems for the carpets. i know they like 86-88 and a few degrees either way wont kill em but a few is two so id see whos pulled it offf first

    Re: balls and carpets?

You may be able to do it , at least for a while, depending on what type of Carpet it is (coastal, jungle, irian jaya), but I am pretty sure they do alot better in arboreal cage or tub type set-ups...

    Re: balls and carpets?

i guess ill go into the morelia section and check on the husbandry for them cuz i dont really know a whole lot about them. i have an extra thermostat so i guess i could always get a nice elaborate cage for it to climb and everything if the tubs in the rack dont seem to be working for the carpet. thanks everyone.
