Don't feel dumb, asking questions is how you learn. One way to try and remove the stuck eyecap is to let the snake crawl around in a wet towel for a few minutes. You can do this by wrapping the snake in the towel and holding it in your hands, or placing the wet towel and snake in a pillow case and then placing that in the enclosure, in case the snake gets out. But if it doesn't come off, there is nothing wrong with waiting until the next shed...

to be honest, you can just leave her alone. bump her humidity to 70% next time she sheds and it will come off with the rest of the shed.

If you have started soaking her, a good 10 minutes is usually enough.
