    Smile Medusa Oblengada DUW

This is my partial pastel Medusa/Oblengada. The name was originally Medusa because The breeder told me it was a female, a few months later my friend told it it was a male. I always called him medusa oblengada because medusa makes me think medula (sp?) but anyways here he is!!

Sorry if that's too many pics lol, I love taking pictures

Cool snake and nice pics... But could you explain why you called him a partial pastel? Looks like a normal to me

in person the colors are much brighter while the dark parts are bascically black. I never really tried to figure out the morph but my friend told me multiple times and talked to her friends and they all said the same thing, that he is a partial pastel (theyre all very much into snakes) So I could be wrong, thats just what i was told, but i was also told he was a female and look how they turned out >.<

Yeaahhh...there's no such thing as a "partial pastel". They're either pastel, or they are not. And that one isn't. Normal ball pythons (with no specific identified genetic trait) have a LOT of variability in their color intensity and patterns. He/she IS very pretty...and the pictures are cool!

Very nice Normal! However, the breeder told you it's a female but your friend said no? How did your friend sex the snake? I'd probably take the breeder's word for it unless your friend properly popped or probed her male!

    She's gorgeous. Congrats!

My friend popped him/her and said it was a male, but the breeder also popped him/her infront of me and said female....I've attempted to pop some of my snakes but it was never successful, I'm still learning lol, so I deffinately need to find someone who can give me a third opinion/ a final answer
