Mystery snake update, looks like it was a crystal

I posted a few pictures early in the season of a mystery snake I had produced. Here is an update. I am 95% sure it is a Crystal. The 5% has to do if it is the same as the Tom Baker line or a little different. Tom has seen my stuff in person and thinks they are crystals and specials. The only thing is no one has breed a Baker line Special to a lesser. I have done that with my Specials and I get a white snake with a yellow tint. This would be no big deal but Brian at BHB has produced a snake from a lesser breeding that looks like a Crystal so a Lesser/Special that looks close to a Mojave/Special. However Brian has not been able to produce anymore of pick out the Specials. So it is thought it may be different than Tom's stuff.

Looking at how a white snake is produced from a lesser/phantom breeding and a totally different snake is produced when you use a mojave with a phantom. I don't think it is too hard to make the case a Baker Special to a lesser will make a white snake. Although it seems ball pythons always have some special surprises up thier sleaves. Hopefully that pairing will be done this year.

    So here are the pictures.

Original mystery snake at about 300 grams.

    As a hatchling

    Super Special

    Super Special and Crystal

Lesser/Special and Lesser/Mojave you can see the yellow tint of the Lesser/Special

Seriously loving the super special. It almost looks like a washed out blood python. Gorgeous!

I will post a picture of a Special. I have not produced any Epic stuff. I am not to familiar with that gene but I don't think it is tied to the Special.
