As long as he is acting normal I'd say go for feeding attempt. I'd recommend making sure you prey size is appropriate and the heat is adequate. As long as you addressed whatever the problem was last time.

im pretty sure it was from the temperature but thats taken care of now, but my humidity i cant seem to get right, but from what ive read humidity doesnt effect the way they feed, and hes maybe 22 inches, i gave him a f/t fuzzie and thats what im gonna give him today, i wouldnt think it was too big cuz he swallowed it no problem last time, and by acting normal he doesnt move around much only after i hold him he starts checking out his tank than goes into the hide and just stays there day in day out is that normal?

The reason everyone said to wait two weeks is because after a regurge they need time for the enzymes and bacteria that help them digest to re-populate the digestive system. If you try to feed him before that happens, he could regurge again.

Firstly, yeah, it's normal for a ball python to be hiding most of the time. The only time I ever see mine out of his hide on his own is when he's going to the other hide lol.
And by fuzzy do you mean mouse fuzzy or rat fuzzy? Because mouse fuzzies might be a bit small for him, though I doubt that would make him regurge. Just something to think about for future.
