Make a photobucket account, upload pictures to photobucket and copy and paste the IMG tag line into the posting.

I re-size all of my pics to 800 X 600 before uploading.
If you have windows xp Microsoft has a tiny program called ImageResizer.exe that when installed will re-size one picture or bulk pictures just by highlighting and right clicking on the photo and choosing the size you want to re-size to.
