Can I tell for sure?

So, I have a pair of kenyan sand boas, and I was wondering if there is a sure way to tell if my female is pregnant? She's looking a bit fatter these days, but she's always been a big eater, so I am not sure.

I have very little experience with these snakes breeding, and can't find too much info via google.

I'll get some current pictures today, just because they are cool!

Ok, now I am even more confused! The few things I read online.... one care sheet says thy give birth right around now... the other said August.
