I recently had some snakes literally dumped in my possession; the previous owner (a co-worker of my boyfriend and whom i got my BP from) just dropped them off with me when his wife forced him to get rid of them. I really did not want to take in any more animals but my biggest fear was seeing them go to someone totally ignorant about snakes and i figured I'd have more luck finding responsible homes for them. His husbandry skills for them were less than par to say the least, housing the Burmese, 2 RTBs, and a BP in one glass tank, and diligently arguing that snakes only needed to be fed quarterly. I bought my own BP off of him knowing that it was a perfect option for me when I wanted to get my first snake and give one of his snakes a better life. In the year I've had him he's grown significantly and is fit as a fiddle, but it almost seems like his skull has not grown at all.

So..... my concern is mostly with the 2 RTBs that he has (the others may have a similar problem but they're bigger so its hard to tell). He had purchased them a little more than a year and a half ago as babies and I honestly don't think they've grown much since then. Is it possible that since they were so lacking in nourishment when they were hatchlings that even if I do feed them the proper amounts and give proper care their growth has been stunted?

Theres also the issue of the burmese... lets just say that it is NOT a happy camper about anything. he's medium sized, not huge, so even if he does manage to bite it won't be the end of the world, but will he ever get over his agitation at his age?

Those are the big issues that I'm worried about, thanks for reading and for any replies. I will try to post pictures soon.
