Free Albino and Piedbald Ball Pythons? Just pay $400 shipping? Yeah sounds like a scam.

Airport and CITES? What country is this guy saying he's shipping from?

i immediately realized that they are

That's my favorite part. You know how Ball Pythons hate to be lonely.

    Hand raised
Have a good relationship with other pets
    Etc

You know you are dealing with a scammer.

You wouldn't want those hand raised pythons to get lonely!

If you like you can go ahead and send me $400 also.

This scam has been all over the place for a loooong time. Check out the birds section, they're over there too. Same thing, ad listed in New York or some place - "can't take care of the birds because of new job, will have to give away free, just pay shipping".

So then you ask him - why do you need CITES? And they eventually say they're somewhere in Africa... so I tell them, find someone in Africa to adopt them then.

I'm surprised they still run these scams. You would think after all this time people would be on to them already. I guess there are just way too many people wanting free stuff that bad.

People fall for them. I had a customer a year or so back who was telling me they were buying 0.3 Pieds and 1.2 Banana's. They got to telling me about this email and how they were going to wire this person money and were so excited because of the deal they were getting. I warned them this was a scam and explained the whole thing. Few months later they were calling me wanting to know if I knew of this "Breeder" in Cameroon that they could call cause they still hadn't gotten their animals.

Sent the person 2100.00 and to this day haven't even so much as gotten a return email.
