Has anyone had any luck with the veildchameleon i have a order pending and i havent heard from them in almost 20 days.Ther is no answer via phone or emailand its making me crazy.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know this is an older post but I just want to bump it up and show you all how the package I got from them arrived


A friend and I went in on a couple snakes from them and it wasn't shipped out when we were told it would be, the box arrived in a mangled mess as you can see.
The snakes seem to be OK, we have contacted them (via phone) with no reply as of yet.

The thing I find most interesting outside of the poor packaging is the "Perishable Keep Cool" wrote on the box.

Wow, very upsetting to see... Hope they are not in buisness much longer. I'd hate to see how they keep them. Were the snakes healthy atleast? Poor things must have been through quite an ordeal for the boxes to end up looking like that.
